How do I use Fasty on Apple Watch?
Track a fast from your wrist, change goals, and add a complication or Smart Stack widget.
Track from your wrist
Open Fasty on your paired Apple Watch. The main timer shows your current state. Tap Start fast to start; while fasting, use End fast or Complete fast, review the finish screen and tap Save. Ordinary Watch start/finish and goal controls do not require Pro.
Tap the goal duration at the top of the Watch timer to open the goal choices. The Watch picker differs from the iPhone picker. For exact phone controls, see goal changes.
Change count direction
The Watch timer follows the iPhone's Timer counts down setting. Change it in Statistics → Settings → Appearance & Behavior on iPhone, then open Fasty on both devices to let the setting update. See timer display.
Add a complication or widget
For a watch-face complication, edit a compatible face and select Fasty in a supported complication slot. Apple's face guide explains the system controls.
For Smart Stack placement, open the stack, edit it and add a Fasty widget. The editing controls depend on watchOS; see Apple's Smart Stack guide. Viewing supported Fasty complications/widgets does not require Pro.
Extra Watch features
Zone views, recent-fast charts and date editing have separate paid-access requirements. The recent chart is not the entire iPhone history. If a display is missing or differs between devices, see Watch synchronization.
